In accordancePursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 "Consumer Code", the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without specifying the reason, by returning the Products purchased through the Site within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of receipt of the order.
Upon receipt of the return, we will check the perfect integrity of the goods, after which we will proceed with the refund within 30 days at the latest.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send an e-mail to the following address no later than 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the products: info@hairprocosmetics.com . The e-mail must indicate the following
1. the items for which we wish to avail ourselves of the right of withdrawal;
2. the order number;
3. the data where to receive the refund: IBAN of your bank account, PayPal address or other.
IMPORTANT: It is not possible to exercise the right of withdrawal for sealed products that have been opened after delivery!!!!!
Returned items must be:
- properly packed in their original packaging;
- in perfect condition, as new and absolutely not ruined, damaged and/or dirty. Furthermore, they must be provided with all accessories, instructions for use and other documentation;
- the cosmetic products must not be opened and/or used, with no obvious signs of use.
For any type of return HPC S.r.l., before accepting the return, reserves the right to ask for photos to demonstrate the perfect integrity of the item to be returned. Once we have received the return, we will check the perfect integrity of the goods, after which we will proceed with the refund within 30 days at the latest. The customer must do so within fourteen working days from the date on which he/she sent the communication exercising the right of withdrawal, and send the goods to:

PLEASE NOTE:
- For the return and shipment of goods, the Customer is free to use a courier of his/her choice, the costs of which he/she will bear;
- The responsibility of the goods, for damage, theft and/or loss, during the return shipment is the responsibility of the Customer;
- In the event of damage due to transport during the return phase, HPC S.r.l. will send the Customer, no later than 5 working days from receipt of the returned goods, a communication to allow the Customer to make the appropriate claim to the courier used for transport;
- The damaged goods will be made available for return, at the Customer's expense, and the request for withdrawal will be cancelled at the same time.
Claims
If there is an error in the order or shipment or the product received is damaged or defective, the Customer may request an exchange of goods or a refund within and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the same (the date of receipt will be verified on the courier's portal). If the product received does not conform to the one ordered, it is possible to ask for a free exchange with the desired product, or another of equal value. The product sent in error will be withdrawn at the expense of H.P.C. Hair Pro Cosmetics S.n.c. by the courier that will be communicated to the Customer. The claim must be received by e-mail at info@hairprocosmetics.com. In the e-mail the Customer must indicate the following:
- the place of withdrawal of the products to be returned;
- date and time slot (at least 3 hours) of collection.
IMPORTANT: he items must be returned intact in their original packaging. No claims will be accepted on products that have been opened or used!
The return can only be scheduled once as a complaint. In case of unsuccessful collection, the shipping for the return of the goods will be charged to the customer. Photographic evidence of the damage may be requested for insurance purposes. Partial refunds or vouchers may also be offered.
In case of non-acceptance, at the time of delivery, of a correctly processed and already paid order, the refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs.
HPC S.r.l. does not make refunds or exchanges for products that have caused an allergic reaction. If the Customer experiences an allergic reaction allegedly due to the use of a product, the Customer must immediately discontinue use of the product. HPC S.r.l. is not responsible for any allergic reactions caused by the products, as the Customer should be aware of the products or ingredients to which he/she is allergic and should always read the product's leaflet/guideline containing instructions, instructions for use and ingredients.
