Refectocil Eyelash and Eyebrow N.2 Tint 15ml Blue/Black

RefectoCil Eyelash and Eyebrow tint is a simple and effective way to give depth to the eyes and greater definition to the face.

How to use:

Step 1: prepare the colouring paste. Mix 2 cm of colour with 10 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant liquid oxidant or 15-20 drops of RefectoCil Oxidant cream oxidant (oxidants not included in the package).

Step 2: Use RefectoCil Protective Swabs or Wipes and then apply the colour with the stick to dry, make-up-free and clean eyebrows and eyelashes.

Step 3: Leave on for 5-10 minutes depending on the desired intensity and wipe off with a damp cotton swab. The eyes should remain closed until completely cleansed.
