MIXING

Recommendation

MAGMA can be used, in a 1:1.5 ratio, with all Wella oxidising emulsions from 1.9% (6 vol.) to 12% (40 vol.) depending on the desired level of lightening and colour intensity:

Welloxon Perfect/Activator Freelights 12% - Up to 6 tones

Welloxon Perfect/Activator Freelights 9% - Up to 5 tones

Welloxon Perfect/Activator Freelights 6% - Up to 4 tones

COLOR TOUCH Emulsion 4% - Up to 3 tones

COLOR TOUCH Emulsion 1.9% - Up to 2 tones

- For freehand techniques, the following mixing ratio is recommended: For freehand lightening techniques, use with Freelight Activator 6% (20 vol.), 9% (30 vol.), 12% (40 vol.).

- For foil lightening techniques we recommend the use of Welloxon Perfect 6% (20 vol.), 9% (30 vol.), 12% (40 vol.) 1:1,5 with Welloxon Perfect 6%, 9%, 12%.

- For particularly soft colour results, it is recommended to use Color Touch Emulsion 4% (13 vol.), 1.9% (6 vol.) 1:1.5 with COLOR TOUCH Emulsion 4%, 1.9% and with Welloxon Perfect Pastel

LAYING TIME

Red shades: without heat sources: 30-60 minutes, with heat sources: 20-45 minutes.

Blonde shades: without heat sources: 20-40 minutes, with heat sources: 15-30 minutes

After this time, rinse thoroughly and shampoo. To neutralise oxidative residues and stabilise the colour, proceed with MAGMA Post Treatment.

APPLICATION ON ALREADY BLEACHED HAIR:

The colour effect of the MAGMA /89, /39, /36 shades may appear very intense and bright on particularly light hair or previously bleached hair. In these cases, apply the colour initially to untreated hair and then emulsify the colour on already bleached hair during the last 3-5 minutes of the application time. If the above instructions are not followed, the reflection may be very intense. For best results, we recommend using Magma on hair with uniform colour from the base to the ends.
